More fish.

Researchers in Paris, France have noticed that there is a high number of triglycerides with patients that have type II diabetes.  Being too high in triglycerides has a significant correlation to heart disease. There is a great need for people, especially those being affected by diabetes to consumer more fish oils.

Fish oils have helped many animals stop the resistance to insulin.  It is very helpful for people to use fish oils in their cooking compared to any other oil.  There was a study done in Italy that showed that there was a significant drop in triglyceride concentration by 45%, a 47% drop in the VLDL cholesterol levels and a 14% drop in LDL cholesterol levels after taking 3 fish capsules every day for 3 weeks.

A study shown in Norway showed that there were significant signs of reducing the risk of atherosclerosis caused by diabetes.  It can lower your blood pressure and helps your smooth muscle cells to grow on arterial walls.

It would be very helpful for everyone to consume more fish or at least use fish oil more in your cooking.  Some may say that they don’t like the taste of fish, but isn’t it worth it to prevent diseases?
